Gentle/Healing Yoga
Suitable for beginners, seniors, and those with limitations, prior injury or illness or those who simply want a softer, gentler practice. The focus is on increasing flexibility, balance, strength and reduce stress through various hatha yoga postures and breathing. Harness your mind and body’s natural healing potential. May include some Yin Yoga.

Multi-Level Yoga
For all levels of fitness, beginners welcome. This class relaxes, strengthens and soothes the body and mind. The focus is on increasing flexibility, balance, strength and reduce stress through various hatha yoga postures and breathing. Usually includes some Yin Yoga.

Yin & Yang Yoga
Start by targeting connective tissues, ligaments and tendons with long held floor stretches. Follow up with a vigorous hatha flow to complete this perfectly balanced yoga class. The focus is on increasing flexibility, balance, strength and reduce stress through various hatha yoga postures and breathing.

Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga focuses on stretching the connective tissues, opening and restoring the joints and the spine. Yin Yoga consists of seated or reclining postures
(asanas) that are held for a period of time allowing gravity to do the work.
